About Us
Our Vision
The Well of Mercy is a residential program which supports the families holistically and addresses educational needs, spiritual growth and development, physical well-being, and emotional health.

The families reside at The Well for several years and will engage in five phases of intervention while learning to make better choices for themselves and their children. The model of The Well incorporates accountability of decisions, a full participation in the change process, and a familial experience in community living.

There is child-care on site, as well as mandatory group sessions which explore parenting through Love and Logic, grief and loss, domestic violence awareness, budgeting classes, how to establish healthy boundaries, and social skills classes. The families may reside at The Well for up to five years.
Our Mission
The Well of Mercy seeks to guide and accompany single parents caught in cycles of abuse or poverty to acquire the requisite skills to become fully engaged members of society.
Through holistic programs, residents learn to be free from government entitlements, grow into enhanced competent parents, and come to be individuals transitioning from a victim mentality into adults with a more consistent problem-solving approach to life’s challenges and demands.
Who We Serve
Single Mothers
The Well of Mercy addresses educational needs, spiritual growth and development, physical well-being, and emotional health. Our five phase program helps parents learn to make better choices for themselves and their children. The model of The Well incorporates accountability with full participation in the change process.
Children
As their parents are being empowered, we provide a safe, nurturing environment for their children. We provide free in-home daycare during school and work time. This program sets the children up to break generational cycles of poverty in their families through the transformation of their mother's life.
